=RR= Dirt Title Pack Mod Update

The =RR= Dirt Title Pack has been updated.

The game currently has a lighting problem that only occurs in the sunset mood and when using a mod.
Unfortunately Nadeo has not fixed this bug yet. Therefore, a workaround has been added to all mods in this title pack to ensure that the lighting is turned on in the sunset mood.
